Functionaries (page): Toastmasters meetings run smoothly because every member has a part in their success. On a weekly 
basis, the VP Education creates a duty roster, assigning members to specific roles within the meeting. Each of these roles, or functions, has a specific purpose in helping the meeting move along, and ensuring that each member receives appropriate feedback and encouragement.
The following functionaries help the Toastmasters meeting run smoothly. These roles are filled by different individuals at each meeting.
