Greeter

The Greeter’s role is ESSENTIAL when it comes to making guests feel welcome at our club! Rather than pre-assign a greeter, we ask that the first person to arrive position him/herself as the greeter.

Before the Meeting

• Arrive early.
• Greet the guests, making sure they have an agenda and a nametag.
• Introduce guests to a few members to make them feel at home.
• Seat guests near a veteran member.
• Write each guest’s name on the white board.
